On the most important lessons learned from sport

“The thing is the discipline of the sport itself. The athlete being disciplined to compete in a sport. You know there is team work and all that stuff that goes on but really they learn a lot about themselves I think and they learn more. One think I like about university sports is the life long friendships that you will make.”
