Bill Glover On the reason he chose Western as his school “I got some very good advice from my father. I wanted to join the airforce, and when I finished at central, I got all my papers together that I though I might need, and went down to the recruiting office. The sergeant took my paper and looked at the one by one and pushed them back to me and said see you next year. I was took young for them to take me. So my dad said well why don’t you start university and after the war you can join and do what ever you want, and after the war it will be easier to get back into university again, and to me sounded pretty straight forward. So that’s what I did.” Next: Jerry Gonser Previous: Bob Farley Back to Browse
